Hi, welcome to the MeatnPlace.

My name is Tony Grimes and I operate this website, I hope you enjoy your visit.

Having recently retired as  Meat Director of Operations, I offer onsite consulting  to the retail meat trade in Southern California and online to those outside the Southern California area.

I have operated the website since 1990 offering free consumer information on meat buying, safe handling and free recipes.

I have manuals, MS Excel spreadsheets and primers available for sale.

 In the membership area, these are available at a discount, together with many free primers and tutorials available, free of charge, for immediate download.
