Meatnplace.net Terms of Use Agreement
By using meatnplace.net, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound
by the following terms of use, referred to as "TOUA"
Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to
these terms, you should not use this site. The terms "we", "our" or
"us" refers to "meatnplace.net". The term “you”
refers to the user or viewer of meatnplace.net and all .htm and .html
pages and all images associated with meatnplace.net

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use
Agreement ("TOUA") with respect to meatnplace.net

existing or developed in the future. (g)
Remove, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any meatnplace.net

determine the meatnplace.net architecture.
(h)

Use meatnplace.net for the purpose of gathering information for or
transmitting:

(3)

(j)

(k)

downloadable files such as website templates, order forms, and other

are provided on a non-exclusive license basis only for your personal

entities relating to your email addresses, usage history, posted
materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
Section 12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold meatnplace.net, it's owners,
partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors,
successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and
documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and
affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless from any
liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's
fees, related to your violation of this TOUA or use of meatnplace.net
Section 13) Nontransferable
Your right to use meatnplace.net is not transferable or assignable. Any
password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is
not transferable or assignable.

meatnplace.net OR OTHERWISE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION
OR GUARANTEE NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
